Dortmund/Germany, 26. February 2019. tde – trans data elektronik GmbH expands its Basic Link (TP) system solution by a high-quality equipped tBL TP sample case: it includes samples of all necessary components which network technicians need for a TP link with classic cabling in the field. Additional advantage: the case also includes the tools required for processing.

The new tBL TP sample case complements the tBL tde Basic Link (TP) product line, which the tde has specially designed for structured building cabling in Cat6A for transfer rates of up to 10GbE in real-time. The tBL cabling path corresponds to a permanent link according to ISO/IEC 11801 (EN 50173).
With the sample case, network technicians receive almost all components of the tBL TP line they need for a TP link as a sample in a handy case. Two pre-assembled compact cable samples are also included in the set for even better clarification. Andre Engel, Managing Director of tde, explains: „Even though the tBL TP line is not consisting of pre-assembled components, we believe that pre-assembled solutions for classic building LAN cabling are still more economical for companies in many cases.“

The wall sockets, keystone modules, data and patch cords included in the sample case show all samples and variants tde provides for its tBL TP system and that network technicians need for the implementation of a TP link to Cat6A in accordance with ISO/IEC 11801 (EN50173). A 19-inch patch panel is not included due to its size, instead the set comes with a DIN rail module. In addition, the sample case is equipped with a triple wall socket and a design-capable wall socket. The latter can be combined with all switch ranges of leading manufacturers.

The tBL TP sample case contains all variants of RJ45 modules: These include the tBL RJ45 Keystone Module Toolless for time-saving and tool-free installation, the tBL RJ45 Keystone Module with Termination Block, the tBL RJ45 Keystone Module with Termination Block angled, the sixfold RJ45 Datacenter Module and the Extender Module. With its compact design, the six-way RJ45 DC Module enables a high packing density of up to 48 RJ45 ports on one height unit. The RJ45 modules can be easily connected to the tBL cable termination block by simply plugging them in. Network technicians can easily assemble these to the cable using the tBL hand tool. At the same time, the Termination Block is also suitable for pre-assembling cable sections. The sample case is completed and rounded off by suitable tools: This provides network technicians with all the tools required for processing, such as unlocking tool, mounting tool, stripping tool, pliers wrenches or side cutter.
